This policy explains how purchases, cancellations, and refunds work on the DeepSERP platform at https://deepserp.co, operated by Abhishek Shukla (sole proprietor, trading as DeepSERP). It forms part of our Terms of Service.
DeepSERP runs on credits. Credits are purchased in one-time packs via Stripe — there is no recurring subscription and nothing auto-renews. You are only charged when you choose to buy a pack.
Purchased credits are added to your balance and consumed as you use the tools (for example, per keyword analysed or clustered), at the rates shown before you run each task. Purchased credits do not expire. If a task fails due to a fault on our side, the credits for that task are automatically refunded to your balance.
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you may have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content. Because credits are supplied immediately, by starting to use the purchased credits you expressly agree to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal for credits already used. For any unused credits from a purchase made in the last 14 days, email contact@deepserp.co to request a refund.
Free starter or promotional credits have no cash value and are not refundable or exchangeable.
Credit-pack prices and per-task credit costs may change. Changes apply to future purchases and usage; they never retroactively affect credits already bought.
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first at contact@deepserp.co — we can usually resolve it faster than a chargeback. Accounts with unresolved chargebacks may be suspended.
Billing questions: contact@deepserp.co.
