These Terms govern your access to and use of the DeepSERP platform at https://deepserp.co (the "Service"), operated by Abhishek Shukla (sole proprietor, trading as DeepSERP) ("DeepSERP", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
DeepSERP provides SEO tools including SERP Analysis, SERP Keyword Clustering, and Semantic Clustering. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract. Notify us at contact@deepserp.co of any unauthorised use.

Plans may include usage limits (e.g. number of queries, keywords, or clusters). We may apply reasonable technical limits to protect the Service and prevent abuse.
You retain ownership of the keywords, URLs, and other inputs you submit ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to process Your Content solely to provide the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by DeepSERP and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service.
SERP and search-related data may originate from third-party sources and search engines. We provide it "as is" and do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or ranking outcomes.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will improve your search rankings.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeepSERP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms or to comply with law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends.
We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, and disputes are subject to the courts of Kraków, Poland, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
